Facebook Add Manager
This tool helps you grow your Facebook network by automating friend requests. You can find potential friends, select multiple users to add at once, and let the tool do the work for you safely. Whether you want to expand your circle, add suggested friends, or export potential friend lists, this tool handles it all.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”To use this tool, you must:
- Have the Koptan Chrome Extension installed.
- Be logged in to Facebook in the same browser.

Access the Tool

- How to do it: Click “Sync from Facebook” to load suggestions.
- Action: Select users and click “Start” to send requests in bulk.
Targeted Adding
Section titled “Targeted Adding”Filter potential friends based on mutual connections to increase acceptance rates.
- How to do it: Use the Mutual Friends Filter to find users with high mutual friend counts.
- Action: Select the filtered users and send requests.
Export Potential Friends List to CSV or Excel
Section titled “Export Potential Friends List to CSV or Excel”Want to save your suggestions for later or analyze them?
- Export Data: You can export the list of suggested friends to CSV or Excel formats.
- What’s Included: The export includes Names, Profile URLs, User IDs, and Mutual Friends count.
Step-by-Step Guide
Section titled “Step-by-Step Guide”1. Load Potential Friends
Section titled “1. Load Potential Friends”Click the “Sync from Facebook” button. The tool will fetch suggested friends or friends of friends from Facebook.
During Sync:
- You’ll see a progress indicator showing how many friends have been loaded
- You can pause the sync using “Stop Sync” and resume later with “Resume Sync”
- The sync process is safe and mimics human browsing behavior
2. Export List (Optional)
Section titled “2. Export List (Optional)”Before sending requests, you might want to save the list of potential friends:
- Click the “Export” button above the table.
- Choose CSV or Excel format.
- The file includes: Names, Profile URLs, User IDs, and Mutual Friends count.
3. Find People to Add
Section titled “3. Find People to Add”Once synced, use the available filters to view specific users:
Filter Options:
- Global Search: Search for users by name across your entire list
- Column Filters: Click the filter icon in any column header to filter by:
- Name: Search for specific names
- Facebook ID: Filter by user ID
- Mutual Friends: Set a range to find users with specific mutual connection counts
- Clear All Filters: Reset all active filters at once
Viewing Results:
- Total suggestions: Shows total number of friends fetched
- Filtered count: Shows how many users match your current filters
- Pagination: Use pagination at the bottom to browse through large lists
Table Columns:
- Profile Picture: Visual identification
- Name: Clickable link to their profile
- Facebook ID: Unique user identifier
- Mutual Friends: Number of mutual connections
- Add Button: Option to manually add individual users
4. Select Users
Section titled “4. Select Users”- Check the boxes next to individual users you want to add.
- Use “Select All” to select all filtered users at once.
- The Selected count shows how many users you’ve chosen
5. Adjust Settings (Optional)
Section titled “5. Adjust Settings (Optional)”The tool comes with safe default settings, but you can customize them:
Timing Control:
- Min Delay: Minimum seconds to wait between each request (default: 3-5 seconds)
- Max Delay: Maximum seconds to wait between actions (default: 7-10 seconds)
- The tool randomly varies the delay within this range to appear more human-like
Sleep Control:
- Sleep After: Number of actions before taking a longer break (e.g., every 10-20 actions)
- Min Sleep: Minimum seconds for the longer break (e.g., 30 seconds)
- Max Sleep: Maximum seconds for the longer break (e.g., 60 seconds)
Action Control:
- Total Actions: Maximum number of requests to send in this session
- Max Failures: Stop the process if this many consecutive failures occur
Tip: Strictly follow the default settings or increase delays to avoid Facebook restrictions. Sending too many requests too quickly can get your account temporarily blocked from adding friends.
6. Start Sending Requests
Section titled “6. Start Sending Requests”Click “Start” to begin the process.
During the Process:
- Progress Bar: Shows overall completion percentage.
- Status Indicators:
- Ready: Requests queued to be sent.
- Processed: Total requests processed so far.
- Success: Requests successfully sent.
- Failed: Requests that could not be sent (if any).
- Action History: A real-time log showing details of each action, including the user name and the result (Success/Fail).
- Control Buttons:
- Pause: Temporarily stop the process.
- Resume: Continue from where you paused.
- Stop: Cancel the entire operation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Is this safe for my account? Yes, provided you use reasonable delays. The tool mimics human behavior by waiting between requests.
How many people can I add per day? We recommend starting with 20-50 requests per day and gradually increasing if needed. Avoid sending hundreds of requests at once.
Can I undo this? Yes, you can use the Cancel Outgoing Requests tool to automatically cancel pending requests.
